Explore and learn about the University of New Mexico’s main campus with the UNM Pocket Archivist. Walking tours include the campus arboretum and outdoor art, though the main focus of this app is on historic buildings. Features include:

- Easy-to-navigate user interface

- An interactive map of main campus that is available even without an Internet connection.

- Historical building information compiled by University Architect Emeritus Van Dorn Hooker* and by the University of New Mexico’s Historic Preservation Committee through its work with the Getty Campus Heritage Grant Program.

- Photos of historical buildings dating from their construction to today.

- Information on various departments and other points-of-interest within the included buildings.

- Three self-guided walking tours covering not only historic buildings, but also the UNM Campus Arboretum and UNM Outdoor Public Art.

- An augmented reality view of campus points-of-interest using your device’s camera (only available on select devices, less accuracy on Wi-Fi only devices)
